Design-Build is a construction delivery method where Citadel Electric excels. The best value for an owner and the best projects occur when key trade partners are brought at the very beginning of the construction process. When Citadel is brought on at the beginning of a project, we help the owner and/or owner’s representatives establish a design concept, budget, and vision – and then our team goes to work managing the preconstruction process – standing behind our budget through project completion.
On a true design-build project, our team will look at other trades and the constructability of the project as a whole. Our feedback results in a better project, lower cost, and reduces coordination problems during construction. We take pride in offering solutions during the design process that results in a better overall product and value for the owner. Plenty of contractors like to say they perform design-build projects, but a true design-build partner puts in the extra work up front and during design.
